Lead Trainer – Artificial Intelligence (AI)

AshreiTech is looking for a seasoned Lead Trainer in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join its team in Karachi on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive AI training programs tailored for employees, professionals, and organizational teams. This role demands a professional with over 10 years of post-qualification experience, a strong academic foundation in AI or related fields, and hands-on expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Machine Learning, and various AI tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI training programs, workshops, courses, and professional learning sessions.
- Develop structured AI training curricula, including course materials, presentations, exercises, and assessments.
- Conduct training sessions focused on Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI applications.
- Simplify complex AI concepts into practical, business-oriented learning experiences.
- Lead interactive demonstrations, practical exercises, and hands-on AI sessions to enhance learner engagement.
- Assess learner needs and customize training content accordingly to maximize effectiveness.
- Evaluate learner performance and overall training impact to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay current with the latest AI technologies, emerging tools, industry trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify AI capability gaps and training requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification professional experience.
- Proven experience in AI training, technical training, professional education, or corporate learning environments.
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI concepts and technologies.
- Practical experience with Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models, AI tools, and AI applications.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and instructional skills.
- Relevant professional certifications or qualifications in AI, technology, training, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering corporate AI training programs.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and LLM platforms.
- Proven ability to develop AI learning content and curricula.
- Professional certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Training & Development.
