Lead Trainer - Artificial Intelligence (AI)

AshreiTech is looking for a highly experienced Lead Trainer specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join their team in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time role involves designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive AI training programs tailored for employees, professionals, and organizational teams. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of post-qualification experience, a strong academic background in AI or related fields, and hands-on expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Machine Learning, and various AI tools. This role requires a passionate educator who can simplify complex AI concepts and translate them into practical, business-focused learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver AI training programs, workshops, courses, and professional learning sessions that meet diverse learner needs.
- Develop structured AI training curricula, including course materials, presentations, exercises, and assessments to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Conduct training sessions covering Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI applications.
- Translate complex AI theories and technologies into practical, business-oriented learning content.
- Facilitate interactive demonstrations, practical exercises, and hands-on AI sessions to enhance learner engagement.
- Assess learner requirements and customize training content to address specific skill gaps and organizational goals.
- Evaluate learner performance and measure training effectiveness to continuously improve program quality.
- Stay current with the latest AI technologies, emerging tools, industry trends, and best practices to keep training content relevant.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify AI capability gaps and training needs within the organization.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Over 10 years of post-qualification professional experience, with a significant portion dedicated to AI-related roles.
- Proven experience in AI training, technical training, professional education, or corporate learning environments.
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI concepts and applications.
- Practical expertise in Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI tools, and AI-driven applications.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and instructional skills to effectively engage diverse audiences.
- Relevant professional certifications or qualifications in AI, technology, training, or related fields are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience delivering corporate AI training programs tailored to organizational teams and senior professionals.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and LLM platforms, demonstrating practical application knowledge.
- Proven ability to develop AI learning content and curricula that align with business objectives.
