Framing Ideas is looking for an experienced and proactive technology leader to head our Website Department. This role involves overseeing website development, managing a diverse team of UI/UX designers and developers, and driving AI-powered projects and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with leadership skills to transform ideas into functional projects using modern web technologies and AI tools. Proven success in delivering results and managing end-to-end development processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Website Department, including UI/UX designers, website designers, and web developers. Plan, delegate, and monitor projects to ensure they meet quality standards and deadlines. Oversee all phases of website design and development, from requirements gathering and planning to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Develop and deliver AI-powered applications, prototypes, integrations, and automation projects by leveraging appropriate AI tools, APIs, and technologies. Identify opportunities to enhance internal workflows, productivity, and client solutions through AI and automation. Provide technical guidance, review project work, resolve development challenges, and support team members. Collaborate with management and other departments to understand requirements and communicate project progress effectively. Maintain clear and thorough project documentation and present working demonstrations of completed solutions.

Required Qualifications
Proven professional experience in website development with a track record of leading technical teams or managing development projects. Strong understanding of modern web development practices, including website deployment, integrations, APIs, and troubleshooting. Experience coordinating the work of designers and developers and successfully delivering projects from inception to completion. Practical experience with AI tools and AI-assisted development is highly preferred, especially in building AI applications or automation solutions. A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in computer science, software engineering, web development, or a related field.
