Learning and Development Coordinator

MicroAgility APAC is seeking a motivated Learning & Development Trainee/Associate to join their team in Islamabad. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in Learning & Development (L&D). The successful candidate will support training programs, coordinate sessions, and assist in developing engaging learning materials. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination and execution of both virtual and classroom training programs, including preparation and post-training follow-up.
- Liaise with trainers, participants, and various departments to ensure smooth training delivery.
- Prepare training schedules, attendance records, materials, and session requirements.
- Research and contribute to creating better learning experiences by exploring relevant topics, case studies, and industry best practices.
- Assist in developing presentations, exercises, and other learning resources to enhance training effectiveness.
- Bring innovative ideas to make training sessions more engaging and practical.
- Maintain accurate training documentation, track attendance, certifications, and collect participant feedback.
- Analyze training data to prepare reports on effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by gathering information from employees and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and learning requirements.
- Contribute to priority L&D projects by preparing updates and summary reports.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing L&D processes and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- A genuine interest in Learning & Development, adult learning, or Organizational Development is advantageous.
