Learning and Development Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Trainer to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. This is an on-site, contractual position requiring a minimum of two years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging soft skills and professional development training sessions that enhance employee capabilities and contribute to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver interactive training programs focused on soft skills and professional development.
- Conduct workshops covering communication, teamwork, presentation skills, public speaking, and workplace etiquette.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, activities, and assessments.
- Facilitate role plays, group discussions, and practical exercises to reinforce learning.
- Train participants on essential skills such as time management, problem-solving, adaptability, conflict resolution, and client handling.
- Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Customize training content to suit different audiences and varying skill levels.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Learning & Development teams to identify training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Communication, or a related discipline.
- At least two years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, Learning & Development professional, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other digital learning platforms.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong facilitation abilities, interpersonal skills, and classroom management experience.
- Demonstrated capability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that meet learning objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a corporate or technology-driven environment.
- Previous involvement in training fresh graduates or interns.
- Familiarity with IT terminology and software development concepts is an advantage.
