Learning Mentors

We are seeking empathetic and experienced learning mentors who are passionate about helping students achieve academic excellence through encouragement, understanding, and personalized support. Unlike traditional disciplinarians who demand perfection through strictness, we believe in motivating students with kindness, patience, and genuine care. If you have prior teaching experience and enjoy guiding students with empathy and friendship, this role is a perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop personalized learning pathways for students using our interactive app-based content.
- Provide one-on-one support by addressing student doubts and questions promptly.
- Keep students motivated and on track through regular, gentle reminders and encouragement.
- Foster a nurturing environment that promotes academic growth and emotional well-being.
- Act as a mentor who builds strong, trusting relationships with students to enhance their learning experience.

Required Qualifications
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience, preferably with a focus on science or related subjects.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically with students.
- Patience and a supportive attitude toward student learning challenges.
- Comfortable using digital platforms and apps to guide and track student progress.
