Lecturer – Management Sciences

University of South Asia (USA) – Cantt Campus, Lahore is seeking qualified and dynamic Lecturers to join its Faculty of Management Sciences. The ideal candidates will possess strong subject expertise and a forward-thinking approach to prepare students for the evolving demands of the business and professional world. This full-time, onsite position involves teaching undergraduate courses in areas such as HR Management, Project Management, Operations Management, and Digital Marketing. The role requires a commitment to delivering engaging lectures, developing relevant course materials, and mentoring students to support their academic and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate courses within the candidate’s area of specialization.
- Plan and deliver lectures, assignments, assessments, and other learning activities.
- Develop course materials and assessments that align with both academic standards and industry requirements.
- Incorporate practical examples, case studies, digital tools, and AI-enabled approaches into teaching methods where appropriate.
- Mentor students and provide constructive academic feedback to support their development.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental activities, workshops, and other academic initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in the relevant management discipline.

Required Qualifications:
- Academic qualifications that meet the Higher Education Commission (HEC) eligibility criteria.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.50 or above in relevant academic programs.
- Strong academic background in the relevant management discipline.
- Proficiency in English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, professional, and engaging presence in the classroom.
- Familiarity with digital tools, AI-enabled approaches, and emerging technologies.
- Strong mentoring abilities and a commitment to student engagement.
