SKANS School of Accountancy is seeking a dedicated Lecturer for its Chartered Accountancy (CA) PRC Level program, specializing in Business and Economics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures that cover core topics such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, business environments, market structures, and demand and supply. This role requires preparing detailed lesson plans, lecture notes, and practice materials aligned with the prescribed syllabus to support students in developing strong conceptual understanding and analytical skills necessary for their examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective and interactive lectures on Business and Economics to CA PRC students.
- Explain fundamental concepts including microeconomics, macroeconomics, market structures, and other syllabus topics clearly and comprehensively.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, lecture notes, and practice questions tailored to the curriculum.
- Facilitate students’ conceptual clarity and analytical thinking to enhance exam readiness.
- Conduct regular quizzes, assessments, and revision sessions to track and improve student progress.
- Guide students in solving past examination papers and exam-style questions.
- Maintain discipline within the classroom to foster a productive learning environment.
- Monitor academic performance and provide constructive feedback to support student improvement.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure syllabus completion on schedule and effective course delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Business and Economics concepts relevant to the CA PRC syllabus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Proven ability to simplify complex topics and prepare students for professional-level examinations.
- Commitment to maintaining high academic standards and supporting student success.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous teaching experience with CA PRC students or in a similar professional education environment is highly advantageous.
- The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs28,000 to Rs91,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
