Legal Associate

PsychPlus is a U.S.-based psychiatry and behavioral healthcare organization dedicated to expanding access to quality mental healthcare services. We are currently looking for a fresh law graduate or a junior Legal Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting legal research and drafting contracts primarily related to U.S. healthcare providers, physicians, and medical services. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in legal principles, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently within set deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft contracts for physicians, healthcare providers, and other healthcare-related agreements.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support the preparation and accuracy of contracts.
- Understand the structure, clauses, and specific requirements of healthcare contracts.
- Ensure all contracts are drafted accurately and completed on time.
- Manage multiple contract drafting assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality and timeliness.

Required Qualifications
- LLB or equivalent law degree with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong legal research and contract drafting skills.
- Ability to work with redline contracts and effectively manage document revisions.
- Excellent written English with strong attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Personal laptop and reliable internet connection are essential for this fully remote role.

Preferred Qualifications and Work Arrangement
Candidates holding international law degrees will be given preference. This position is fully remote and based in Pakistan, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM PKT to align with U.S. business hours.
