The firm specializes in Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Corporate, Constitutional, and Cyber Crime Law. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage with both local and international clients, handling a diverse range of cases including civil, criminal, corporate, commercial, company law, IT-related matters, financial crimes, and digital offenses. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case materials for court proceedings.
- Represent clients in various courts and tribunals, managing litigation in civil, criminal, and corporate matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to commercial and corporate law.
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations, particularly in areas concerning IT, financial crimes, and cyber law.
- Collaborate with senior advocates and consultants on complex legal issues and case strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and effective representation.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years’ experience in court work and legal research.
- A postgraduate degree in law is preferred, demonstrating advanced legal knowledge and analytical skills.
- Proven expertise in handling cases across civil, criminal, commercial, corporate, constitutional, and cyber crime law.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise legal documents.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a legal team, managing multiple cases simultaneously.
