Limo Dispatch & Sales Specialist

We are seeking a confident and sales-driven professional to manage customer inquiries and bookings for luxury chauffeur and limousine services across the United States. This role primarily involves handling inbound sales calls, providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, conducting follow-ups, and coordinating closely with the dispatch and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and booking inquiries from customers based in the US.
- Prepare accurate quotations, clearly explain pricing details, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up on pending quotes and effectively address sales objections to maximize conversion rates.
- Manage reservations, including booking modifications, customer requests, and complaint resolution.
- Maintain and update customer records, quotes, and booking statuses within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the dispatch and operations teams to coordinate trip details and ensure smooth execution.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English with professional telephone communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or reservations.
- Strong skills in follow-up, negotiation, and sales conversion.
- Ability to work night and rotational shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Familiarity with limousine services or chauffeur companies is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience using reservation or dispatch software such as Limo Anywhere is a plus.
- This is a full-time, on-site position located in DHA, Lahore.
- Competitive monthly salary starting from Rs80,000.
