Limo Dispatcher

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Limo Anywhere Dispatcher & Affiliate Outreach Specialist to manage our fleet operations and expand our affiliate network within the New York market. This full-time, on-site position is based in Johar Town, Lahore, and requires working US Eastern hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT, six days a week (Monday to Saturday). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in livery dispatching, real-time client communication, and proactive outreach to build strategic partnerships across North America using the Limo Anywhere platform.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Dispatch & Operational Support:
- Manage full-cycle booking processes by handling incoming reservations, issuing instant confirmations, and accurately mapping details in Limo Anywhere.
- Coordinate live dispatch operations by assigning trips, monitoring dispatch boards, tracking driver locations, managing flight status updates, and ensuring adherence to ETA targets.
- Provide live client support through managing chats, emails, and phone inquiries to address updates, trip adjustments, and escalations promptly.
- Maintain system accuracy by updating mapping for rates, service types, and online reservation engines across various fleet categories.

Affiliate Network Expansion & Outreach:
- Utilize Limo Anywhere’s affiliate network feature to send network requests and farm-out opportunities to quality operators.
- Conduct structured daily cold and warm email outreach to grow the partner operator network.
- Perform daily follow-up calls with North American partners to establish, negotiate, and sustain long-term affiliate relationships.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in livery dispatching and fleet coordination using Limo Anywhere.
- Direct experience with the New York market is mandatory, including familiarity with NY tri-state airports, routes, toll structures, and peak travel logistics.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence in making outbound calls and coordinating with premium clients and US affiliate partners.
- Availability to work on-site in Johar Town, Lahore, during US Eastern hours (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT), Monday through Saturday.
