Limousine Inbound Call Booking Agent

We are seeking a dedicated Limousine Inbound Call Booking Agent to join our team in Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore. This full-time position involves managing inbound calls to efficiently book limousine and airport transportation services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure a seamless booking experience. The shift timing is from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, with a one-hour break included. This role requires in-person attendance at the specified location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer inbound calls related to limousine and airport transportation bookings.
- Accurately collect customer and trip details to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Provide clear and detailed information regarding pricing and available services.
- Confirm reservations and coordinate effectively with drivers to ensure timely pickups.
- Address customer inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluent English speaking skills with excellent telephone etiquette.
- Strong communication abilities to engage customers professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge to manage booking systems and customer information.
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and a customer-focused attitude.
