Link Builder - SEO

Z Tech Worx is seeking a skilled Link Builder to join our SEO team and contribute to the growth of our USA-based clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in link building, a strong understanding of off-page SEO strategies, and the ability to manage multiple client campaigns efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify high-quality backlink opportunities, conduct effective outreach, and maintain detailed records to support campaign success.

Key Responsibilities
- Build high-quality backlinks tailored for USA-based SEO clients.
- Research and identify relevant websites and link-building opportunities.
- Conduct blogger and website outreach to secure guest posts and niche edits.
- Manage guest post and niche edit campaigns from start to finish.
- Evaluate websites thoroughly before placing backlinks to ensure quality and relevance.
- Maintain accurate records of backlinks and outreach activities.
- Monitor link placements and track the progress of ongoing campaigns.
- Handle multiple client campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and targets are met.
- Collaborate closely with the SEO team and adhere to internal processes and guidelines.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports detailing link-building activities and results.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in link building.
- Proven experience working with USA-based SEO clients.
- Strong knowledge of off-page SEO techniques and link-building strategies.
- Familiarity with guest posting, niche edits, contextual backlinks, and outreach methods.
- Ability to identify and secure placements on relevant, high-quality websites.
- Experience analyzing website metrics and assessing backlink quality.
- Understanding of anchor text optimization and strategic link placement.
- Previous experience in an SEO team environment or in a team lead role.
- Capability to manage a high volume of client campaigns, typically between 30 to 50 simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with demonstrated success in managing large-scale link-building campaigns for USA-based SEO projects will be given preference. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lahore, Pakistan, offering a competitive monthly salary starting from Rs50,000.
