Link Building Expert

We are seeking a skilled Backlinks Expert / Off-Page SEO Specialist to join our SEO team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in link building and off-page SEO strategies, with a focus on creating high-quality, relevant backlinks to enhance keyword rankings, domain authority, and organic search visibility. This role is based in Bahria Town DD Block, with working hours from 4 PM to 1 AM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective link-building campaigns using manual outreach, guest posting, niche edits, the Skyscraper Technique, broken link building, and other current strategies.
- Conduct competitor backlink extraction and gap analysis utilizing tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms.
- Evaluate backlink quality by assessing relevance, organic traffic, anchor text distribution, referring domains, and identifying spam signals.
- Identify and avoid harmful backlink sources including PBNs (Private Blog Networks), link farms, hacked websites, and other low-quality links.
- Collaborate with the on-page SEO team to determine which pages require optimization prior to link-building efforts.
- Select appropriate target pages, keywords, and anchor texts to maximize the effectiveness of backlink campaigns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google algorithm updates, backlink policies, and modern SEO best practices.
- Manage outreach communications professionally to build relationships with webmasters and content creators.
- Provide detailed reports and evidence of previous successful link-building projects and campaigns.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in link building and off-page SEO.
- Demonstrated expertise in manual outreach, guest posting, niche edits, Skyscraper Technique, broken link building, and other advanced link-building methods.
- Proficient in competitor backlink analysis using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or equivalents.
- Strong understanding of backlink metrics including quality, relevance, anchor text, and spam indicators.
- Ability to identify and steer clear of low-quality backlink sources like PBNs and link farms.
- Solid knowledge of on-page SEO fundamentals and how they relate to link-building strategies.
- Effective communication and outreach skills to engage with external websites and partners.
- Capability to present previous link-building work, reports, or case studies showcasing successful backlink campaigns.
