We are looking for a skilled LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. The successful candidate will have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach, particularly focused on engaging prospects in the US market. This role involves creating targeted prospect lists, managing outreach campaigns, and generating qualified leads through personalized communication and consistent follow-up. The position requires working onsite during the 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM shift from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement LinkedIn outreach campaigns aimed specifically at the US market. Identify and connect with relevant prospects and key decision-makers to build meaningful relationships. Send personalized connection requests and tailored outreach messages to engage potential clients effectively. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to nurture conversations and keep engagement high. Qualify leads based on established business criteria and campaign objectives. Organize and maintain detailed records of prospect and lead information to ensure accurate tracking. Monitor outreach activities, responses, and overall campaign performance to measure success. Continuously optimize messaging and outreach strategies based on feedback and results. Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to help convert qualified leads into actionable business opportunities.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in LinkedIn outreach or lead generation is essential. Demonstrated success in targeting and engaging US-based prospects and clients is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary to craft compelling messages. Practical experience using LinkedIn for B2B prospecting and lead generation is expected. A good understanding of US business markets and professional communication standards is important. Excellent follow-up and relationship-building abilities are critical to maintaining engagement. The candidate must be able to work independently and consistently achieve daily and weekly outreach targets. Willingness and ability to work onsite in Johar Town, Lahore, during the specified shift hours is mandatory.
