Lithium Battery Production & Plant Supervisor- Shekhupura

We are seeking a dedicated Production & Plant Supervisor to oversee the operations of our lithium battery production unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires hands-on involvement with production machinery, team supervision, and effective problem-solving to support smooth manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily lithium battery production operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Supervise and lead production staff, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery to minimize downtime and maximize output.
- Ensure proper assembly, testing, and quality control of lithium batteries in compliance with industry standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve machinery and production-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate production records, inventory management, and prepare daily operational reports.
- Enforce workplace safety protocols, including the proper handling of batteries and equipment to prevent accidents.
- Manage overall unit operations to ensure a smooth production workflow and timely delivery.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in lithium battery production, assembly, or a closely related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of battery systems, including Battery Management Systems (BMS), cells, and battery assembly processes.
- Hands-on experience with production machinery operation and troubleshooting techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong team management and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage the production unit and make operational decisions.

This is a full-time position based in Lahore/Sheikhupura, requiring on-site presence to effectively oversee production activities. The salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skills.
