Roots International Schools and Colleges is looking for a dedicated and experienced LLB Law Instructor to join its academic team. The successful candidate will possess a strong academic background in law and demonstrate the ability to deliver engaging and effective instruction to LLB students. This role requires a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to supporting students’ academic growth within the framework of the University of London Law curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lectures and tutorials tailored to LLB students.
- Teach relevant subjects aligned with the LLB and University of London Law curriculum.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, presentations, course materials, and assessments.
- Explain complex legal concepts clearly and in an engaging manner to facilitate student understanding.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, and examinations while providing constructive feedback to students.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and offer appropriate support where needed.
- Guide students in legal research, case analysis, and preparation for examinations.
- Stay current with developments in law, legal education, and academic standards to ensure course content remains relevant.
- Maintain accurate academic records and document student performance effectively.
- Participate actively in academic meetings, workshops, seminars, and other institutional activities.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to foster student success and professional growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of 18 years of education with a Law degree from the University of London.
- Relevant teaching or professional experience in Law or LLB education.
- Strong knowledge of the University of London LLB curriculum is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and motivate students.
- Proficient in legal research, analytical thinking, and critical evaluation.
- Ability to manage classrooms effectively and coordinate academic activities.
- A professional, organized, and student-focused approach to teaching and academic responsibilities.
