The LMS Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad. This individual will manage the daily operations of the Learning Management System, including user account administration, course creation, content uploads, and system maintenance. The coordinator will work closely with academic and administrative teams to design and organize online courses, ensuring that learning materials remain accessible and current.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee user account management, course configuration, and content organization within the LMS.
- Collaborate with educators and administrative staff to develop and structure online courses.
- Upload and maintain digital learning materials, ensuring they are up to date and accessible.
- Provide training and technical support to teachers, students, and staff on LMS usage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, coordinating with IT teams or external vendors as needed.
- Generate reports on LMS usage, monitor engagement and performance metrics, and suggest improvements to enhance the digital learning experience.

Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in LMS administration, including user setup, course management, and content organization.
- Knowledge of instructional technology and e-learning tools, with the ability to support multimedia content and online assessments.
- Solid technical skills, including basic troubleshooting and data management.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with educators, academic leadership, and support staff.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Prior experience in an educational institution or LMS-related role is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Islamabad and contribute to a dynamic, learner-centered environment.
