Loader Driver (3 wheeler)

Laundry Xpress is seeking a reliable and skilled 3-Wheeler Loader Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a 3-wheel loader to facilitate laundry pickups and deliveries within designated areas including PECHS, DHA, and Clifton. This role requires punctuality, careful handling of laundry items, adherence to traffic and safety regulations, and effective coordination with the operations team to ensure smooth order management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the 3-wheel loader for timely pickup and delivery of laundry orders.
- Collect and deliver orders according to assigned routes, specifically covering PECHS, DHA, and Clifton areas.
- Handle laundry bags and bundles with care to prevent damage, loss, or mix-ups.
- Maintain cleanliness and perform basic maintenance of the loader; promptly report any mechanical or operational issues.
- Follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines during driving, loading, and unloading activities.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team and riders to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and fuel consumption when required.
- Assist with additional operational tasks during peak hours or staff shortages to support overall workflow.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operating a 3-wheel loader or similar vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Good knowledge of the local routes, especially in PECHS, DHA, Clifton, and surrounding areas.
- Ability to handle goods carefully to avoid damage or loss.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for loader maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates residing near North Karachi or North Nazimabad will be preferred for ease of commute.
- The company provides a fuel allowance to support operational expenses.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 38,000.
- This is an in-person role requiring physical presence at the work location.
