We are seeking a dependable and physically fit Loader/Material Handler to join our industrial unit located in the S.I.T.E. Area, Karachi. This full-time position involves the daily loading, unloading, shifting, and stacking of factory goods and raw materials. The ideal candidate will be actively engaged in maintaining smooth warehouse operations by handling materials efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
Loading & Unloading: Safely load outgoing shipments onto trucks or delivery vehicles and unload incoming raw materials or inventory.
Material Shifting: Move heavy cartons, pallets, and stock items manually or with the help of hand trucks within the warehouse or factory floor.
Stacking & Staging: Properly stack, arrange, and tag materials in designated storage areas to prevent damage or breakage.
Coordination: Collaborate closely with storekeepers and warehouse supervisors to verify and tally incoming and outgoing quantities.
Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to standard industrial safety protocols at all times.

Required Qualifications
Physical Fitness: Must possess high stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy weights regularly.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of prior experience working as a loader, stacker, or factory laborer in the S.I.T.E., Metroville, or nearby industrial areas is preferred.
Work Ethic: Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment are essential.
Language Skills: Basic understanding of Urdu is required to communicate effectively with supervisors and transport drivers.

The monthly salary for this position ranges from PKR 25,000 to PKR 30,000. The role requires the candidate to work on-site at the industrial unit in the S.I.T.E. Area, Karachi.
