The Loader position is an essential role within the Operations and Warehouse department of a retail supermarket. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager or Warehouse Supervisor, the Loader is responsible for the safe and efficient handling of goods during loading and unloading processes. This role involves moving stock between various areas including the warehouse, receiving zone, and sales floor, while ensuring products are handled with care to prevent damage. The Loader also supports shelfers and warehouse staff in stock replenishment and maintains cleanliness and organization in loading and storage areas. Adherence to safety, hygiene, and company policies is critical, along with flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Transport cartons, products, and materials between the warehouse, receiving area, and sales floor.
- Assist in receiving and arranging incoming stock accurately.
- Handle all products carefully to avoid damage or breakage.
- Support shelfers and warehouse personnel with stock movement and replenishment tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of loading docks and storage areas.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and company procedures consistently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Preferably Matriculation; however, educational requirements may be relaxed depending on relevant experience.
- Experience: Fresh candidates are welcome to apply, though prior experience in loading or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy cartons and items safely.
- Skills: Strong teamwork abilities, punctuality, discipline, and the capacity to follow instructions accurately.
- Age: Ideally between 18 and 35 years.
- Gender: Male candidates preferred.
- Work Environment: Willingness to work in shifts is required. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary range of Rs27,000 to Rs30,000.
