Local Seo Expert/Team Lead

Sharasol Web Solution is seeking a skilled Local SEO Expert / Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Sialkot. This full-time position requires a professional with hands-on experience in local SEO strategies, Google Business Profile optimization, and improving local search rankings. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and leading the SEO team to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective local SEO strategies tailored to improve local search visibility.
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles to maximize local engagement.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and local SEO audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Enhance local search rankings, increase organic traffic, and maintain consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone) information across directories.
- Manage local citations and directory listings to strengthen local SEO efforts.
- Monitor SEO performance using industry-standard tools and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Lead, mentor, and guide the SEO team to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Stay informed about the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices to ensure ongoing strategy effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong focus on local SEO.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Business Profile management and local search optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in keyword research, on-page SEO, citation management, and competitor analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and targets.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience working in an in-person environment based in Sialkot is highly desirable. Candidates should be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate prior to starting work.
- Proficiency in English is preferred to facilitate effective communication within the team and with clients.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000 based on experience and expertise.
