Localization / Product Development Engineer (EVEE)

We are seeking a motivated Localization / Product Development Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team in the automotive and electric vehicle (EV) industry. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and will play a crucial role in supporting localization and product development efforts. This position involves close collaboration with various internal departments and external suppliers to ensure the successful adaptation and improvement of automotive components and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support localization and product development activities to align products with regional requirements and standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers to facilitate the localization of components, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
- Evaluate product components and manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in quality, cost, and efficiency.
- Assist in testing, validation, and quality improvement initiatives to maintain high standards throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain to drive project success and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in product development or localization within the automotive or EV industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive components, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams to coordinate development activities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate product performance and suggest improvements.
