KTowers PNG Limited, based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, is seeking an experienced Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor. This role is responsible for overseeing the control, custody, movement, and traceability of project inventory within the Port Moresby warehouse and across regional warehouse locations. The successful candidate will ensure materials are available when needed, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure all warehouse activities comply with ISO-aligned procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse and inventory operations in Port Moresby, ensuring system records and physical stock are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate inventory control across regional warehouses located in Kiunga, Daru, Aimbak, and Morehead, including stock replenishment, transfers, and reconciliations.
- Maintain strict stock-control disciplines such as bin-location management, FIFO processes, serial-number traceability, project allocation, and segregation of damaged, returned, or quarantined materials.
- Oversee all inward and outward material movements, ensuring accurate Goods Received Notes (GRNs), dispatch notes, material issue and transfer records, proof of receipt, and supporting documentation are maintained.
- Conduct cycle counts and scheduled stocktakes, investigate any discrepancies, and prepare weekly and monthly inventory and reconciliation reports.
- Coordinate logistics activities with Operations, Project Management, Procurement, Finance, Network Operations Center (NOC), field teams, suppliers, freight companies, and subcontractors, including managing transport to remote sites via road, air, river, or marine methods.
- Maintain safe, secure, and orderly warehouse facilities, protecting inventory from loss, damage, environmental exposure, and unauthorized access.
- Supervise and train warehouse and logistics personnel, including regional inventory custodians, while continuously improving warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), controls, layout, and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, stores, or supply chain management, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multi-location inventory, perform stock reconciliations, maintain warehouse databases, manage bin systems, and handle GRNs, dispatch/transfer documentation, and audit trails.
- Strong knowledge of FIFO inventory management, stock preservation techniques, cycle counting, stocktaking, and variance investigation.
- Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems, along with strong organizational, reporting, and record-keeping skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems is highly desirable.
- Background in telecommunications infrastructure, tower logistics, power/solar systems, or remote-site logistics is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Papua New Guinea’s operational environment is beneficial.
- Willingness and ability to travel to regional warehouses and project locations as required.
