Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipment operations, tracking orders from origin to destination to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage all necessary documentation, including customs clearance processes and inventory records.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, vendors, and clients to maintain a smooth supply chain workflow.
- Troubleshoot transit delays or operational issues promptly to uphold service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Optimize routing and schedule management to enhance efficiency and reduce transit costs.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent fluency in English, both written and verbal, to facilitate seamless international and cross-team communication.
- Proven proficiency in logistics management, supply chain coordination, and the use of tracking tools.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities, especially under tight deadlines.
- Willingness and ability to work comfortably during the evening shift hours of 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
