We are currently seeking motivated Sales Representatives specializing in Truck Dispatch as well as experienced Truck Dispatchers to join our expanding team. This full-time opportunity is based in Gulberg 3, Lahore, with working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday, offering weekends off. Candidates with 2 months to 1 year of sales experience in truck dispatch are encouraged to apply, while those interested in the dispatch department should have a minimum of 3 months of relevant experience. The role offers a competitive basic salary along with an attractive commission structure, with potential earnings up to Rs100,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate truck dispatch sales activities to meet and exceed targets.
- Communicate effectively with clients and drivers to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch schedules and sales transactions.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize route planning and delivery efficiency.
- Provide timely updates and resolve any issues related to truck dispatch.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 months to 1 year of truck dispatch sales experience for sales representatives.
- At least 3 months of experience in truck dispatch operations for dispatch department candidates.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong target-driven mindset and self-motivation to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work in-person at the designated Lahore location during specified working hours.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Business Development Manager experience of 1 year is preferred but not mandatory.
