We are seeking a dedicated Order Confirmation & Logistics Executive to join a dynamic team based in Karachi. This role involves managing customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely processing, and maintaining clear communication with both customers and logistics partners. The ideal candidate will be proactive in handling cancellations, returns, and delivery follow-ups while supporting daily logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm customer orders promptly and ensure accurate processing.
- Professionally handle customer inquiries related to returns and cancellations.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to track deliveries and resolve any delays.
- Conduct daily calls to confirm cancellation requests and follow up with customers across various cities.
- Process order cancellations accurately within designated timelines.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of orders, cancellations, and deliveries using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with daily logistics activities and other operational tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate or bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle customer interactions effectively.
- Capability to manage a high volume of calls and follow-ups efficiently.
- Prior experience in order management or logistics will be considered an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Commission-based incentives are offered to reward performance.
- Monthly salary ranges from Rs 45,000 to Rs 50,000.
- This is an in-person position based in Karachi.
