Logistics Operations Executive

We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. This role involves supporting daily logistics operations by coordinating shipments, liaising with carriers, customers, warehouses, and ports, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring smooth movement of shipments from origin to destination. The position is office-based in Johar Town, Lahore, with night shift hours from 6 PM to 3 AM, which may vary occasionally. Candidates with 6 to 18 months of experience are preferred, though fresh candidates with the right skill set are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues that arise
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and other stakeholders throughout the entire load life cycle
- Report and escalate operational issues as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication
- Organize and maintain shipment documentation with a focus on completeness and quality assurance
- Track shipments using internal systems and tools
- Collaborate internally with operations, billing, and other departments
- Assist in preparing operational reports and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and other internal applications effectively

Required Qualifications:
- 6 to 18 months of relevant experience in logistics or operations preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Good communication skills for effective coordination with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to varying schedules
- Proficiency in using logistics software and internal applications
