We are seeking a dedicated Verification Officer (Verifier) to join our Medicare healthcare campaign on the night shift. This role is based at Makkah Mall, Adiyala Road, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have experience in US Medicare verification and be motivated to contribute to a fast-growing team. This position involves handling both inbound and outbound calls to verify customer eligibility, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Verify customer eligibility and details during outbound and inbound Medicare calls.
- Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and live-transfer protocols.
- Use verifier scripts effectively and apply objection rebuttals to facilitate successful call transfers.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in US Medicare call center verification.
- Excellent spoken English with strong active listening skills.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, punctuality, and a target-driven mindset.
