LTV Driver

We are seeking reliable and punctual Local Drivers to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidates will hold a valid Light Transport Vehicle (LTV) driving license and be under the age of 45. This role requires individuals who are familiar with the local area and can commit to rotational shifts. Multiple vacancies are available for candidates who demonstrate responsibility and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles within Karachi according to assigned schedules.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability during assigned shifts.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Manage timely delivery and transportation tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Work efficiently across three rotational shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM, and 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM.

Required Qualifications:
- Valid LTV driving license.
- Age below 45 years.
- Proven ability to work responsibly and punctually.
- Familiarity with Karachi’s local routes and traffic conditions.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts as specified.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Preference will be given to candidates residing locally in Karachi.
- Salary starts at PKR 46,000 per month.
- Overtime compensation of PKR 68 per hour is provided for work beyond 12 hours per day.

- Annual gratuity payment is offered to eligible employees.
- Work location requires physical presence in Karachi.
