We are currently seeking a skilled operator to join our Faisalabad Plant team, responsible for managing pasteurizer operations and ensuring high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate the pasteurizer and related processing equipment safely and efficiently, following approved procedures. Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, flow, pressure, and other conditions to maintain consistent product quality. Perform equipment start-up, production changeovers, and shutdown activities according to established guidelines. Execute and oversee cleaning and sanitation cycles to uphold hygiene and food safety standards.

Ensure smooth coordination between upstream and downstream production processes to maintain continuous product flow and reduce interruptions. Monitor equipment control systems and alarms, responding promptly to any deviations or abnormalities. Conduct routine equipment inspections and report operational or mechanical issues immediately.

Assist maintenance teams with troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and resolving equipment breakdowns. Comply with food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements at all times. Maintain accurate records of production, cleaning, downtime, and operational activities.

Work to minimize product losses, reduce utility consumption, and decrease equipment downtime through disciplined monitoring and operation. Support initiatives aimed at improving equipment performance, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement. Ensure effective shift handovers by communicating equipment status, operational challenges, and pending tasks clearly.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping, workplace organization, and equipment cleanliness. Support audit readiness and ensure adherence to all relevant manufacturing, quality, and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Secondary School education with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
