Machine Operator / Framecad Operator

We are seeking a skilled operator to manage and maintain Framecad machinery and related equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure that production targets are consistently met with accuracy and efficiency, while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment. This role requires collaboration with the production team to optimize workflow and involves performing routine checks, adjustments, and preventive maintenance to keep machinery operating smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain Framecad machinery and associated equipment.
- Achieve production targets with precision and efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections, adjustments, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor technical issues as they arise.
- Follow established safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized workspace.
- Work closely with the production team to improve workflow and productivity.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varying hours when necessary.
