Crescent Steel and Allied Products Limited, a well-established and diversified organization operating across four campuses with over 500 employees, is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Attendant and Coordinator to join its team at the Head Office in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with a strong background in electrical maintenance and coordination. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage multiple tasks, maintain high service standards, and align with the company’s culture and values to ensure smooth facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform repairs and maintenance on all electrical appliances to ensure they function optimally.
- Inspect and verify the serviceability of telephone lines, PABX systems, and fax machines. Supervise telephone line repairs and coordinate with contractors as needed.
- Maintain the generator in operational condition by keeping detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, fuel consumption, and scheduling oil and filter changes.
- Oversee plumbing work by supervising contractors to ensure timely and quality completion.
- Arrange and monitor service repairs for all air conditioning units, maintaining monthly records of consumption and servicing.
- Track and manage the consumption of electrical items such as bulbs, tube lights, and related materials to ensure efficient usage.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance and coordination roles.
- Maximum age limit of 30 years.
- Strong skills in maintenance scheduling, troubleshooting, and electrical wiring.
- Excellent time management abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Good listening skills, self-confidence, flexibility, and the ability to take initiative and exercise self-control.
- Proven ability to manage both work tasks and personal responsibilities efficiently.
