Key Responsibilities:
- Fix and repair all electrical appliances, ensuring their proper maintenance and functionality.
- Monitor the serviceability of telephone lines, PABX systems, and fax machines; supervise repairs and coordinate with external contractors when necessary.
- Maintain the company generator in optimal working condition, including keeping detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, fuel consumption, and scheduling oil and filter changes.
- Oversee plumbing work by managing contractors to ensure timely and quality service.
- Arrange and supervise servicing and repairs of all air conditioning units, maintaining monthly consumption records.
- Track and manage the consumption of electrical items such as bulbs and tube lights to optimize usage and reduce waste.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance and coordination roles.
- Maximum age limit of 30 years.
- Strong skills in maintenance scheduling, troubleshooting, and electrical wiring.
- Excellent time management abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Good listening skills, self-confidence, flexibility, and the ability to manage both work and self efficiently.
- Demonstrated initiative and self-control in handling responsibilities.
