We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage the repair and servicing of mobile phones sent by customers and distributors. The role involves maintaining strong communication with clients, studying specialized materials related to mobile phone technology, and ensuring customer satisfaction with products and services. The candidate will support management in completing various tasks to enhance overall performance and provide timely feedback on issues while tracking their resolution. Additionally, the role requires addressing technical inquiries from customers, stepping in for service consultants when necessary, and performing other duties as assigned by the Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process mobile phones sent for repair, maintaining effective communication with customers and distributors.
- Study and apply specialized materials and guidance related to mobile phone technology.
- Fulfill customer demands for products and services to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist management, including the manager, director, or executive, in completing tasks and improving operational performance.
- Provide timely feedback on issues and monitor the progress of their resolution.
- Respond to professional and technical questions raised by customers.
- Cover for service consultants during their absence or when they are busy.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the Director.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (preferred).
- Strong coordination skills.
- Experience or knowledge in equipment maintenance and electrical repairing.
- Ability to work full-time and in-person at the Karachi location.
