Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience Required 2-3 Years.
- Relevant experience in plant maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices
- Supervise Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance teams to ensure smooth and reliable plant operations.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities for production machinery and utility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain motors, VFDs, PLCs, control panels, transformers, HT/LT systems, generators, compressors, chillers and other electrical systems.
- Manage E&M maintenance teams to perform maintenance activities on production machinery and utilities.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Stores and other departments for timely maintenance activities and spare parts availability.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, checklists, SOPs and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with electrical, mechanical, safety and maintenance standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports for management
