Maintenance Manager - Electrical Engineering - TJ / 1875238

Our client, Popular Pipes Group of Companies, is seeking a Maintenance Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering to join their team in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and improving maintenance operations within a manufacturing setting. This role requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of two years of relevant experience. The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of 10 technicians, coordinate preventive maintenance activities, ensure adherence to safety standards, and optimize machine performance to maintain production efficiency and reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 10 maintenance technicians to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans aimed at reducing equipment failures and extending the lifespan of machinery.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities strategically to minimize production interruptions and enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and monitor machine performance to detect and address potential issues proactively.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures promptly, applying appropriate corrective measures to restore equipment functionality.
- Manage the inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts to guarantee availability when required.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with established safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities and machine performance.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to align maintenance schedules with overall production plans.
- Optimize injection molding machine operations through continuous review and improvement of maintenance procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, particularly in injection molding processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
