Dynamic Sportswear (Pvt.) Limited, a leading manufacturer and exporter of socks based in Chung, Lahore, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing the maintenance and operation of processing and dyeing machinery within an industrial setting. This role requires a professional who can ensure optimal machinery performance, minimize downtime, and lead maintenance teams effectively to support the company’s production goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of all processing and dyeing machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment breakdowns and downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly and provide effective solutions to maintain continuous operations.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor machinery performance and recommend upgrades or replacements as necessary.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment usage and improve overall productivity.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant industrial experience, specifically in maintenance and operation of processing and dyeing machinery.
- Strong technical expertise in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance techniques.
- Proven ability to manage maintenance activities efficiently and lead a team in a manufacturing environment.
