We are seeking a skilled professional with over three years of hands-on experience in industrial machine maintenance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mould and die maintenance, the ability to read and understand machine manuals, and possess basic troubleshooting skills to independently resolve common mechanical issues. This role requires a proactive individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct mould and die maintenance, including inspection, repair, and adjustments as needed.
- Read and interpret machine manuals to understand operational procedures and maintenance requirements.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems independently and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to supervisors.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in industrial machine maintenance.
- Proven experience in mould and die maintenance.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals related to machinery.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to perform basic troubleshooting independently.
Additional Information:
- Location: North Karachi Industrial Area
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary Range: Rs 50,000 to Rs 80,000 per month
- Work Location: On-site (in person)
