Role Description The Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi Division, responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations across assigned facilities. This position supervises maintenance staff, assigns tasks, and monitors work to ensure equipment and building systems are properly maintained and repaired.
The MaintenanceSupervisor plans and executes preventive maintenance schedules, responds to urgent repair requests, and troubleshoots mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime. The role also includes maintaining maintenance records, coordinating with vendors and contractors, enforcing safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility reliability and performance.
Qualifications- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess skills in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure reliable operation of facility systems.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills for mechanical, electrical, and building-related issues.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment and system malfunctions efficiently.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in facilities or industrial maintenance, including working with contractors and vendors, is beneficial.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in maintenance operations is advantageous.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
