Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled professional with deep technical expertise in process and equipment management to join our team. In this role, you will lead the planning, development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance elements within a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. You will oversee diverse teams comprising technical and non-technical personnel, key contractors, and operations staff to ensure optimal process stability and equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with line leaders to achieve SQCDSM targets—Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Morale—ensuring process stability and participating actively in Daily Management System (DMS) meetings at both shift and line levels.
- Take ownership of the technology, process, and centerline settings for equipment, demonstrating deep technical mastery. Manage Progressive Maintenance (PM) systems, work processes, and key performance indicators for the line(s), alongside Centerline Management systems. Oversee the Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) budget for assigned lines.
- Develop, implement, and maintain preventive and time-based maintenance plans. Dedicate at least 50% of your time to building technical and maintenance capabilities within the technician teams, empowering them to operate and maintain equipment independently. Lead PM systems and processes at the line level and contribute to departmental initiatives.
- Partner with the Asset and Reliability team to drive system improvements and execute special maintenance tasks. Manage Change Management activities on the line(s), including spare parts localization, breakdown analysis, and R&M cost reduction efforts. Represent the department and site as the technology owner in regional and global forums.
- Support the Validation and Start-Up (VSU) team for new initiatives, assist line leaders with internal and external benchmarking, and act as a subject matter expert on specific component categories. Provide training on PM-related topics across the plant.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge and skills in Autonomous Maintenance (AM Step 4) and Progressive Maintenance (PM Step 3), with the ability to independently maintain dedicated equipment at basic conditions. Proficient in executing AM, PM, and Breakdown Maintenance (BD) standards, as well as TPM Phase 3 & 4 problem-solving tools.
- Proven capability to lead roles within the line, including qualifying and coaching Standard Work Procedure (SWP) owners, and driving continuous improvement using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Adjust) methodology.
- Experience functioning as a Line Leader by developing and aligning goals and master plans, managing Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and coaching team members on performance and career growth.
