Job Title: Maintenance Technician

This entry-level Maintenance Technician role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and machine upkeep. Under the guidance of a Maintenance Engineer, you will learn to carry out both preventive and corrective maintenance activities. You will be trained to maintain machines according to AM (Autonomous Maintenance) and PM (Preventive Maintenance) logs, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
- Learn to operate and maintain Tetra Pak machines and related equipment.
- Understand and apply the fundamentals of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and AM/PM maintenance practices.
- Adhere strictly to production safety rules and work in compliance with established procedures and standards.
- Participate actively in regular preventive maintenance activities alongside senior maintenance technicians.
- Follow all maintenance processes and standards to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Contribute as a member of maintenance improvement teams to support continuous operational enhancements.

Required Qualifications:
- This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with no prior experience in maintenance.
- A High School Diploma or a relevant Technical Qualification is required.
