This role involves overseeing the daily maintenance operations within a restaurant environment, ensuring that all kitchen and facility equipment functions efficiently and reliably. The candidate will be responsible for managing electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, and handling the installation, troubleshooting, and upkeep of both single-phase and three-phase electrical systems. Coordination with external contractors and service providers will be necessary to maintain smooth operations. Maintaining compliance with health and safety standards is a critical aspect of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance activities across kitchen and facility areas to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure all restaurant equipment is functioning properly and address any issues promptly.
- Manage and maintain electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC units.
- Perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers as required to support maintenance tasks.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), restaurants, hotels, or Food & Beverage (F&B) chains.
- Educational background of Matriculation, Intermediate, or a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical Engineering.
Additional Information:

- Salary Range: Rs45,000 to Rs60,000 per month
