NJV School Management Board is seeking a qualified and responsible male doctor to join their team and provide comprehensive medical care and support to students and staff. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to maintaining the health and well-being of the school community by offering timely medical consultations, managing common illnesses and injuries, and responding effectively to emergencies. This role requires a professional who can work closely with school administration, parents, and healthcare facilities to ensure appropriate medical guidance and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical consultations and first-aid support to students and staff members.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage common illnesses, injuries, and other medical concerns within the school environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation for all cases.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to medical emergencies, including coordinating referrals to specialized healthcare providers when necessary.
- Monitor the overall health status of students and offer relevant medical advice and preventive care.
- Collaborate with school administration, parents or guardians, and external healthcare facilities to ensure continuity of care.
- Uphold confidentiality of all medical information and adhere strictly to professional and organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Valid PMDC registration or license to practice medicine.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
- Ability to handle medical situations calmly, professionally, and with sound judgment.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the organization.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience working in a school, clinic, hospital, or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Experience in pediatric or adolescent healthcare will be considered an advantage.
