Hafizapp is seeking a dedicated Team Lead Male Quran Teacher to join their educational team at their on-site location in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. This role involves not only teaching Quran recitation, memorization, and Tajweed but also leading and managing a team of male Quran teachers to ensure the delivery of high-quality education. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 80,000 to PKR 130,000 and requires full-time, in-person attendance.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Quran recitation, memorization, and Tajweed to students with accuracy and clarity.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of male Quran teachers to uphold educational standards.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Monitor the progress of students and teachers, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment within the team and classroom.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Hafiz-e-Quran with a strong and exceptional command over Tajweed and Qirat.
- Proven leadership experience within an educational or religious teaching environment.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively while maintaining high teaching standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students and staff professionally.
Work Location and Mode
This is an on-site role based in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. Remote work is not available for this position.
Compensation
The salary for this role ranges between PKR 80,000 and PKR 130,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
