NEX Career & Education Consultants is seeking a confident, motivated, and target-driven Male Telesales Agent to join their Property Sales Team based in Kohinoor City, Faisalabad. This full-time role requires mandatory experience in the Dubai property market. The ideal candidate will possess practical knowledge of Dubai real estate projects, investment opportunities, developers, and payment plans. Strong communication skills and a persuasive personality are essential to generate qualified leads, schedule client meetings, and contribute directly to closing property deals. Proficiency in English is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, investors, and prospects.
- Present and explain Dubai property projects and real estate investment opportunities.
- Generate qualified property leads through calls and systematic follow-ups.
- Schedule successful client meetings for the property sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested buyers and investors.
- Build and nurture strong professional relationships with potential clients.
- Provide detailed explanations of Dubai property projects, payment plans, and features.
- Achieve monthly targets for meetings, lead generation, and sales.
- Keep accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and scheduled meetings.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support deal closures.
- Address client inquiries professionally and provide accurate project information.
- Persistently follow up until prospects convert into meetings or sales.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive basic salary starting at PKR 50,000 per month.
- Monthly target of 30 successful client meetings.
- Full basic salary paid upon achieving the monthly target; performance below target compensated per company policy.
- Salary threshold of PKR 25,000 applies if fewer than 25 meetings are achieved.
- Incentive of PKR 1,000 for every meeting above the monthly target.
- 10% commission on successfully closed deals, payable according to company policy.
