Management Accountant

We are seeking a Management Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of daily accounting functions and the ability to analyze processes to suggest improvements. This role involves working closely with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and support operational activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare vendor reconciliation statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Compile and deliver the monthly management reporting pack for review by senior management.
- Perform job costing to track and control expenses related to specific projects or production activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records to support financial and operational decision-making.
- Assist the accounting team with daily operational tasks to maintain smooth workflow and compliance.

Required Qualifications
- ACCA (or equivalent) part-qualified, or a graduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 2 years of accounting experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong theoretical knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of relevant accounting standards applicable to the industry.

This position is suited for candidates at a junior to mid-level stage in their career and is not a senior role. The opportunity offers hands-on experience in a dynamic finance team, contributing to both routine accounting functions and process improvements within the company.
