Advanced IT and Healthcare Solutions (AIHS), a US-based healthcare management company, is seeking motivated and career-oriented fresh graduates for a full-time, onsite position at its office in Johar Town, Lahore. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in US healthcare operations and international healthcare management by supporting medical practices and surgery centers across the United States. The position requires working night shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM, with a starting salary of PKR 50,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily healthcare management and administrative operations.
- Coordinate effectively with US physicians, clinics, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Support patient scheduling and manage administrative tasks related to healthcare services.
- Assist in billing and insurance coordination processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with established procedures.
- Support practice management and operational activities as required.
- Follow company protocols and maintain professional communication at all times.
- Adapt to new responsibilities and learn continuously to contribute to team success.
Required Qualifications
- MBA, BBA, or a related business degree.
