Management Trainee (Marketing & Content Creation)

We are seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join BMA Investment Advisors and contribute to our marketing efforts. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about content creation and eager to explore the marketing field. You will support various activities within the marketing department, with a primary focus on enhancing engagement and growing our social media presence. No prior experience is required; what matters most is your enthusiasm, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engaging Reels, posts, stories, and other short-form content across social media platforms.
- Appear on camera and participate in shooting content to represent the brand effectively.
- Assist in creating content for offline campaigns and marketing collateral.
- Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and daily marketing operations.
- Monitor and stay updated on social media trends and emerging content formats to keep our strategies fresh and relevant.

Required Qualifications:
- A strong passion for content creation and marketing.
- A creative and experimental approach to developing content.
- Comfortable speaking on camera with a presentable and confident personality.
- Proficient in spoken English.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude to support various marketing tasks.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Basic skills in mobile shooting and video editing.
- Prior experience in content creation, including samples or projects, is advantageous and will strengthen your application.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
